How we work, company details and contacts. Evevps provides Windows RDP and Linux VPS servers to individuals and businesses around the world. Evevps LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States, and our servers run in two locations: **Phoenix, Arizona (USA)** and **Paris, France**. You order a server, pay with cryptocurrency or card, and it sets itself up automatically, on average in under 3 minutes. From then on you manage it yourself in the [Billing Portal](https://new.evevps.com): power, console, backups, reinstalls, upgrades, invoices and support all in one place. ## What we provide Windows Server 2019, 2022 or 2025 with a full desktop over the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), for trading terminals, Windows apps and remote work. Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and many more distributions with full `root` access over SSH, for websites, APIs, containers and bots. Both run on the same five plans, from BRONZE (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM) to EMERALD (8 vCPU, 32 GB RAM), at the same price in both locations and with no setup fees. Every server includes: * a Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) with its own kernel and full `Administrator` or `root` access * SSD storage and a dedicated IPv4 address while the server is active * a 1 Gbps port with 1,000 GB of monthly transfer at full speed * Layer 4 DDoS filtering * a browser console, usage graphs and self-service reinstalls Optional extras are daily off-site backups (included free on 3, 6 and 12-month billing), extra IPv4 addresses and a one-time Managed Setup Service. ## How we work **Automation first.** Ordering, setup, renewals, power actions, reinstalls, backups and upgrades are automated. You don't wait for someone to process an order or reboot a server, and the steps are the same every time. **Self-service, with people behind it.** The Billing Portal lets you do almost everything yourself, at any hour. When you need a person, our support team answers tickets, live chat and Telegram. **Unmanaged by design.** You get full control of your server, and with it the responsibility for the software you run. We look after the hardware, network and virtualization. This keeps prices low and lets you set up the server exactly the way you want. **Clear, published rules.** Our prices, billing timeline, refund rules and acceptable use policy are published in full in our Terms, and we keep the documentation in line with what the Billing Portal actually does. ## Reliability We target **99.9% uptime** for our network and host servers. This is a target, not a guarantee with service credits. Live status, scheduled maintenance and past incidents for both locations are published at [status.evevps.com](https://status.evevps.com). Choose the one closest to you, your users, or the services your server connects to. These are operational locations for customer servers; neither is the registered office of Evevps LLC. ## What we're working on The Billing Portal at new\.evevps.com is our own customer platform, and we keep moving features into it. A few tools, such as ISO mounting, rescue mode, server sharing and the affiliate program, are still in the classic client area at billing.evevps.com.
